Welcome to the Waddelow Society's Home Page. The Society was founded in October 1988 by descendants of THOMAS WADDELOW, d 1608, a farmer from Littleport in the Isle of Ely, England. Some of his descendants were caught up in the riot of Littleport in the early nineteenth century.
We are interested in the names WADDELOW and WADLOW, including variations. We have many members who have extensively researched the name both in the UK and the USA. We have information on several Waddelow and Wadlow family trees as well as our own. We would love to here from anyone who shares the same name interest. May be you’re holding the vital clue, which can prove a link between our families. We have lots of information on Waddelows/Wadlows and we would like to help everyone researching these names We would love to hear from you, as we may be able to help you in your research. Remember, you don't need to be a direct descendant of Thomas to be a member of the society.
